EAST CHESTER - It's possible this thief collects licence plates.

 RCMP in Chester are investigating the theft of a Cayman Islands licence plate from a vehicle parked at the Exit 7 carpool lot, which happened on June 6 or 7.

 Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Chester RCMP office at 275-3583 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
