Jim Eisenhauer, president and chief executive officer of ABCO Group Limited, brings over three decades of industry experience to the board of NSPI, the largest wholly owned subsidiary of Emera Inc. Mr. Eisenhauer, a professional engineer, is a graduate of Dalhousie University and the Nova Scotia Technical College and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia. He currently serves on the board of directors for Atlantic Industries Ltd., Nova Scotia Business Inc. and Composites Atlantic Limited, and has previously served on the boards of organizations such as Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning, which he chaired; Nova Scotia Innovation Council; the Premier's Council on Innovation and Technology; and the Nova Scotia Community College Foundation. Mr. Eisenhauer was also a founding member of the Lunenburg Waterfront Association and currently serves as president of the Lunenburg Waterfront Association Inc. NSPI board chairman John McLennan said the company is very pleased to welcome Mr. Eisenhauer to the board. "He understands Nova Scotia industry, which is a key stakeholder for our company," he said. "He has an impressive record in senior roles in business and in voluntary organizations that help shape this province."
